2018 Illinois Craft Brewers Convention
The Illinois Craft Brewers Guild presents the annual IL Craft Brewers Convention Monday July 16th and Tuesday July 17th, 2018 which will take place in Chicago, Illinois!
The convention will feature technical workshops/educational sessions, panel discussions, trade show floor, and networking.
Current seminar topics will include hop aromatics, quality control, trends in label design and branding, gases in the brewery (safety, monitoring, usage, and troubleshooting), OSHA, sales & distribution, souring your beer, tax reform and the impact on brewers, and a malt sensory tasting. Check back for further updates and for a line-up of speakers.
