What is Illinois Craft Beer Week?
Illinois Craft Beer Week (#ICBW) is the premiere, weeklong festival celebrating craft beer and craft breweries across Illinois. Hosted by the Illinois Craft Brewers Guild (ICBG) and featuring a mix of signature and local craft beer events, ICBW provides a venue for the state’s hundreds of independent craft breweries, bars and restaurants to engage the community of craft beer drinkers and enthusiasts through unique events, activities, tap takeovers, and drink specials.

When is Illinois Craft Beer Week?
ICBW takes place May 10-17. For the first time ever, the celebration begins and ends on a Friday, providing even more opportunities for craft beer fans to join in the statewide festivities.

How do I submit an event for ICBW?
Craft breweries, bars, and restaurants across the state can submit their ICBW events beginning in April by visiting and clicking ‘add an event.’ All events must have a craft beer focus to be considered. Once your event is approved, it will be live on on the ICBG app for iPhone and Android.

Who is the Illinois Craft Brewers Guild?
The Illinois Craft Brewers Guild (ICBG) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting the development and expansion of the craft beer industry in Illinois. Founded in 1997, ICBG focuses its efforts on member and consumer education, legislation and regulatory advocacy, and the promotion of its member craft breweries.
