Looking to volunteer for an ICBG Event?

Every year ICBG runs a number of events, the two largest being Beer Under Glass (BUG) and the Festival of Wood and Barrel-Aged Beer (FoBAB). BUG is held every May as the kick-off event for Illinois Craft Beer Week. FoBAB is the nation's premier barrel-aged beer contest and festival, taking place every November. All ICBG events are staffed, at least in part, by volunteers.

Would you be interested in getting involved in IBCG events and Illinois' local craft beer industry? ICBG would love to have you be a part of our many events. As a non-profit organization, our events would not be possible without the help of volunteers. While experience is not at all necessary, a passion for craft beer is highly encouraged.

To be included in our mailing list for all volunteer needs, please fill out the following information. Please note, this is not a guarantee of a volunteer position, you will need to respond accordingly for each individual event. Additionally, as we do rely heavily on our volunteers, your commitment and professionalism are imperative, please keep this in mind when volunteering your time.

Thank you!
