The Illinois Craft Brewers Guild is the nonprofit trade association that represents Illinois craft breweries. Since 1997, the Guild has been a voice for Illinois brewers, supporting member and consumer education, advocating for the modernization of craft beer laws,
​and promoting the craft beer brewed with pride across Illinois.

3rd Annual
My Illinois Beer Fridge Contest

Investing in Illinois Beer. Every Month of the Year.

The annual My Illinois Beer Fridge competition encourages Illinois beer fans to visit their favorite breweries, bottle shops, and retailers during Dry January to stock their beer fridges with locally brewed beer. Once the fridge is stocked, they can snap a photo and post it to Facebook, Instagram (grid only), or X, tagging the Illinois Craft Brewers Guild, an Illinois brewery represented in the fridge, and adding #MyILBeerFridge. 

​Each week, the owner of the most exciting, dynamic Illinois beer fridge will win a $50 gift card to the brewery they tagged in their post.
 
The competition runs January 3-30, with the weekly entry period beginning Fridays at 12:01 a.m. CT and closing on Thursdays at 11:59 p.m. CT. The winners will be notified weekly on Mondays.

For more than 20 years, the Festival of Wood & Barrel-Aged Beer has convened the nation's top barrel-aged brewing programs and craft beer's biggest enthusiasts for the largest showcase of its kind. The Illinois Craft Brewers Guild is proud to announce the launch of our first-ever Job Board, a centralized location for posting, finding, and applying for jobs across the state's craft beer industry.

Brewery and associate members are encouraged to post open positions on the job board. And job seekers, we want to help you find awesome opportunities to help jumpstart your career in #IllinoisBeer!

ILLINOIS CRAFT BREWERS GUILD?

OUR MISSION
The Illinois Craft Brewers Guild is the nonprofit trade organization dedicated to supporting the development and expansion of the craft beer industry in Illinois. Founded in 1997, ICBG focuses its efforts on three primary areas:

LEGISLATIVE + REGULATORY ADVOCACY
As the voice of Illinois brewers, the Guild advocates for legislation that enables growth and expansion while working to ease unnecessary regulatory restrictions on the state's craft breweries. 

EDUCATION
The Guild provides opportunities for its members to enhance their brewing knowledge through ongoing technical seminars and conferences and educates consumers about the local craft beer industry, Illinois breweries, and how to experience Illinois beer responsibly.

PROMOTION
​From world-renowned festivals to neighborhood tastings, the Guild takes an active role in promoting its member breweries and their craft beer in thoughtful, creative ways to maintain connection with loyal fans while appealing to new craft beer drinkers.
